Security Training Courses

1^stReaction Security in conjunction with The CCTV Training Academy, are proud to be able to deliver security training to the industry.  Together, we provide 1^stclass training in the following subjects;

• Security Patrol Officer
• Door Supervisor
• CCTV Operator
• Radio Communication

Our trainers are award winning time served experts with real experiences whose aim is to provide you and your employees with the knowledge and expertise necessary, we can utilising our own fully equipped training room and CCTV control room or if preferred are happy to come to your premises.

 Our 4-day Security Patrol Course aims to equip learners with all the necessary knowledge including how to deal with a conflict situation.  On successful completion of the course you will obtain an SIA Licence.

Our 4-day Door Supervisor Course will equip learners how best to deal with alcohol and drug matters including conflict situations.  On successful completion of the course you will obtain an SIA Licence.

Our 4-day CCTV Operator Course aims to equip learners with the principles and practices of working with Public Space Surveillance CCTV Systems.  We introduce delegates to the new National Standards for Radio Communication. On successful completion of the course you will obtain an SIA Licence.

Our 1-day Radio Communications Course is aimed at all those who work in the Emergency Services or Security Sectors.  The course will provide knowledge of how to correctly use radios and set out the standardisation for the use of radios in emergency and security situations. 

 We also offer 1 or 2 day refresher courses for Security, Door Supervisors or CCTV Operations along with bespoke courses where you can choose the subjects that you would like covering.
