• 1^st Reaction Security Officers respond immediately to alarm activations and will evaluate the situation in order to take the appropriate action, liaising with Police Officers and obtaining crime or incident reference numbers if required.
• In the event of a false alarm 1^st Reaction Security will re-set your alarm and leave a full incident report for your information.
• In the event of a crime 1^st Reaction Security will contact you and explain the situation and then act on your instruction.
• 1^st Reaction Security removes the danger to you or your staff when dealing with potentially high-risk situations.
•  Our security teams respond to calls from the Police, Commercial and Domestic Intruder Alarms, CCTV monitoring activations, and urgent requests for attendance by our Clients.
