A.C.P.O. (Association of Chief Police Officers) guidelines for alarm activations have reduced the number of Police attendances for alarms.
1st Reaction Security Officers respond immediately to all alarm activations and will deal with the situation, liaising with Police Officers, obtaining crime or incident reference numbers where appropriate.
A full report on all alarm activations, regardless of cause, i.e. false alarm or crime, is supplied for your information.
