Key Holding
1st Reaction Limited provides a Key Holding and Alarm Response Service, which minimises disruption, both at work and at home. We offer a full range of services, from basic support, to a full key holding service, responding to all alarm activations.
- A.C.P.O. (Association of Chief Police Officers) guidelines for alarm activations have reduced Police attendance for alarms. It is also a requirement that key holders, where possible, arrive within 20 minutes.
- 1st Reaction Limited Security officers respond immediately to all alarm activations and will deal with the situation, liaising with Police Officers, obtaining crime or incident reference numbers where appropriate.
Our Security Officers remain on site until your home or commercial premises have been secured and the alarm has been reset. In the event of a false alarm we aim to identify the cause of the activation and secure the premises quickly and efficiently. - A full report on all alarm activations regardless of cause, i.e. false alarm or crime, is supplied for your information.
- 1st Reaction Limited removes any danger to you or your staff when dealing with potentially high-risk situations. Many organisations are recognising that an independent Key Holder eliminates many Health and Safety issues for both employers and employees.
