Staff selection is paramount and our officers cover each assignment with the skills demanded in their individual working environment. These skills are determined by a detailed site survey and consultation with you, the customer.
1st Reaction Limited was established in 1999, by our Managing Director who obtained his skills serving eleven years as an officer with the Northamptonshire Police.
All 1st Reaction Limited staff are trained to a high standard which enables them to successfully deal with a variety of situations that can arise when working with the general public.
Security officers employed by this Company are all vetted in accordance with BS. 7858 and undergo strict interview and selection procedures. Security staff are SIA Licensed, wear full uniform with an identity badge when on duty.
We are a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor (ACS) and members of the Nikaro National Key Holding Network, Northamptonshire Chamber of Trade, and Kettering Chamber of Trade.
