24 Hour Control Room & CCTV Monitoring

Our industry standard, Control Room is the heartbeat of our Company, from where we can oversee all aspects of our business.

The Control Room is an integral part of 1st Reaction Limited and assists us in providing the following services;

  • Alarm activations from commercial and domestic alarms, are signalled to our Control Room, allowing our response team to be deployed.
  • The Control Room receives camera alarm activations from our Clients’ sites enabling us to view live situations and decide on the best course of action.
  • Our fleet of response vehicles are co-ordinated and deployed from our Control Room.
  • Radio and telephone check calls are made to our Clients’ lone workers, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Our network of security officers working at our Clients sites across the region, are monitored and support by our control room team.
  • 1st Reaction Security adhere to British Standards 8418 for installations and remote monitoring.
  • Quotations are available free upon request, from our sales team.
